Matt Engel served as senior leader and adjunct faculty at Arizona State University, using data, analytics and messaging to drastically increase enrollment and decrease dropouts over a five-year period. Matt then was called to leverage his expertise as a pastor, which multiplied into helping other churches become more Spirit-led, Christ-centered and data- informed. Matt is a speaker, author of the novel Fourteen Fridays and is a subject matter expert on Decision Science and Growth Engagement Strategy within the Church. Leading the largest network of innovation minded churches, with some of the most influential churches in America, he is recognized for his skill in helping church leaders better fulfill their God-given mission by helping them turn interesting data into actionable insight with measurable outcomes through rapid experimentation. Matt, Denise and their two children live in Longmont, Colorado.
