There is confusion in the church world and particularly in the ChMS market on the difference between Event Management and Facility Management.  Both are important...but they are not synonymous.

Event Management is only a subset of Facility Management and if you are only addressing event management, then you are actually not managing the facility...just the use OF the facility.

In this workshop, we will explore the differences, the importance of each and provide suggestions on how to use software to be an intentional facility steward.
